| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse presents a vivid, fully coloured composition depicting the frontal face of a jaguar rendered in a richly ornamental, Mesoamerican-inspired style. The jaguar's face fills the centre of the shaped flan, with piercing green eyes gazing directly forward and spotted brown and amber fur rendered in elaborate detail. The forehead is adorned with a stylised Aztec calendar or sun-disc motif, flanked by sweeping decorative elements incorporating bold geometric and foliate patterning in deep blues, greens, and multicoloured hues. A large, brightly coloured butterfly with spread wings is depicted perched atop the jaguar's head, dominating the upper portion of the flan, while the lower section features a symmetrical mandala-like panel with jewel-toned spherical accents. The entire design is applied in full polychrome colour printing, with the silver border of the shaped flan remaining visible around the periphery. |
