The "Dragon Luck" issue belongs to the Royal Canadian Mint's long-running series of bullion and collector pieces marketed toward Chinese-Canadian communities and export markets in Asia, where demand for dragon-themed silver has sustained a cottage industry among Western mints since the early 2000s.
