The conch is surmounted by a decorative crown and flanked by ornamental scrollwork. Surrounding the central medallion is a broad field enclosed by a wreath of finely detailed laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon. The entire design is contained within a continuous beaded border at the rim. |
