| 背面描述 | A standing full-length figure of Athena (Roma) dominates the central field, helmeted and draped in classical attire, holding a long spear in her left hand and a scroll or fasces in her right. Behind her to the left appears a depiction of the Colosseum, and to the right a modernist building representing contemporary Rome, evoking the centenary theme. The dates 1870 and 1970 flank the base of the figure in the lower field. A border of small stars encircles the lower half of the coin, and the legend CENTENARIO · ROMA · CAPITAL arcs prominently along the upper rim. |
