| Obverse description | A panoramic Rhine riverscape vignette occupies the centre, with the Siebengebirge hills and the ruined Drachenfels castle in the background and a steamboat in the foreground; the denomination numeral '75' appears in circular cartouches at left and right against light blue grounds. The title inscription in bold red letterpress runs across the upper portion, flanked by heraldic coat-of-arms shields in all four corners.
