Beschrijving voorzijde Ochre-yellow ground with a typographic design in the Jugendstil manner; the large denomination numeral '75' in deep purple occupies the upper centre, flanked on each side by stylised wheat-ear vignettes. The word 'Pfennig' appears in Gothic script at left and right, with 'Sparkasse' and 'Twistringen' lettered in bold decorative Gothic across the lower half. The upper left carries a validity clause in German script; the upper right bears a reference to public announcement in the Syker Zeitung; the bottom margin gives the issue date, manuscript signatures, and a serial number.

Opmerkingen

Twistringen is a small market town in Lower Saxony, and its savings bank — the Sparkasse — was among thousands of local German institutions that issued emergency paper money during the inflationary chaos of the early 1920s. This Notgeld filled a genuine gap: coin had vanished from circulation as metal values outpaced face values, and the Reichsbank was in no position to supply small denominations to every rural district in Germany.

The DeNG reference suffix ".2-3/3" indicates this is one of multiple known varieties within the type — likely differentiated by serial number range, signature combination, or a minor typographic variation in the text block.
