The lower right panel, on a cream ground, contains the value spelled out in large blackletter script as 'Fünfundsiebzig Pfennig', followed by the issue text, the circular Stadtgemeinde Bad Sulza seal, the date 'Bad Sulza, am 19. Juli 1921', the series letter 'E', and two facsimile signature lines. |

Ornate Art Nouveau corner and pillar motifs in olive and black frame the composition on all sides, with the town name 'Bad Sulza i/Thür.' inscribed in bold blackletter across the top. The lower register contains a four-line verse in blackletter script flanked by two black panels bearing the denomination '75 Pf' in gold, with the validity notice 'Gültig bis 31. Dezember 1922' at the foot. |
