The numeral '75' appears in the upper-left corner in bold Gothic style, while the Thuringian coat of arms — a red-and-white striped lion on a blue field — occupies the upper-right, accompanied by a caption identifying it as the Thuringian heraldic device on the tower of Leuchtenburg.
