| 正面描述 | Central field displays the municipal arms of Kitzingen: a mural crown surmounting a stylised arched gateway motif, rendered in low relief against a plain field. The legend KITZINGEN arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 75 PF. is inscribed in large characters beneath the arms, separated by a horizontal line. The design is executed in the characteristic smooth, matte style typical of Weimar-era German porcelain notgeld. |

Kitzingen's porcelain notgeld emerged from the acute coin shortage that gripped Germany in the early 1920s, when municipal authorities across the country scrambled to produce emergency currency from whatever materials local industry could supply. Meissen and the Thuringian porcelain factories had already demonstrated the medium's viability, and dozens of Bavarian towns followed. The brown-glazed variant of this particular issue is the scarcer of the known color types documented under the Menzel reference.
