75 Pfennig Industry Series

Pößneck's Industry Series Notgeld was issued during the Kleingeldnotgeld period of 1921–22, when the chronic shortage of small-denomination coinage forced hundreds of German municipalities to print their own fractional currency. Kühlborn was a local printer — not an outside security printing house — which kept production costs down but also meant this series circulated heavily against a town of modest size. Twelve million-plus impressions for three or four values is a substantial run for a community of around 15,000 at the time.

Collectors should note that the DeNG reference groups several values together under a tight numerical range, so precise attribution by denomination matters when pricing.
