| Obverse description | The upper portion of the obverse bears a central circular vignette with the municipal seal of Bürgel, inscribed SIEGEL DER STADT BÜRGEL, enclosing an equestrian figure of Saint George. Behind the seal, a silhouetted townscape with church spires forms the midfield, flanked by ceramic vessels — a coffee pot at left and a jug at right — set within arched niches. Octagonal denomination cartouches bearing the numeral 75 appear at both upper corners, framed by stylised oak-leaf sprays. The lower register carries the serial number, issue date of 28 Mai 1921, printer's imprint, and facsimile signature between the titles Stadtgemeindevorstand and Bürgermeister. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in grey-blue with orange-red highlights and presents a humorous Notgeld vignette in a caricature style. Two robed monastic figures — one bespectacled and gesticulating at left, one stout and clutching a bowl at right — stand in gothic arched niches flanking a central cartouche scroll. The scroll bears a satirical verse in gothic script, surmounted by a bearded animal head mask flanked by question marks. At the lower centre, the denomination numeral 75 appears in bold orange-red within a laurel wreath tied with ribbon, with the artist's name Arnold Grimm inscribed below. A dark horizontal band along the bottom carries the value legend in full. |
