Obverse description The obverse is printed in green and orange on cream paper, divided into three horizontal registers. The upper register contains a four-line verse in bold Gothic lettering on a banner-shaped panel with a zigzag lower edge. The central black band carries the denomination numeral '75' in large green figures at left and right, flanking an oval cartouche bearing the crowned lion and masonry wall arms of Zeulenroda in orange, green, and red. The lower register presents the issuing authority inscription and validity clause in evenly spaced Gothic capitals, with the date 31.12.21 and the manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister; the printer's imprint of Otto Henning A.G., Greiz appears in small type at the foot.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in red and dark blue on cream paper with a yellow guilloche underprint and a floral vine border in red. A central vignette in dark blue line illustration depicts a medieval scene of armored and robed figures exchanging a document before a stylized townscape with towers, a horse and attendant visible to the right, evoking the historical pledging of Zeulenroda to the House of Greiz some 400 years prior. The denomination '75' appears in large red numerals in the lower-left and upper-right corners, with a ribbon banner carrying the explanatory verse above and below the central vignette.
