The central panel is bordered on all four sides by a vivid decorative frame composed of twelve national flags of American and European nations, including the United States, Brazil, Chile, France, Italy, and others, rendered in multicolour letterpress; the border itself is formed by alternating red and white horizontal stripes evoking the American flag. Below the central cartouche, a stylised key vignette in black is printed above the series letter 'A' in red, and a two-column italic text sets out the validity conditions and issuing authority. |
