背面描述 Teal ground with a satirical vignette from the 'Politische Serie', executed in a green and cream lithographic palette. A group of robed figures seen from behind are huddled atop a mound, raising beer steins in a toast, with a sword leaning against the left edge — a caricature of political unity expressed through conviviality. A rectangular cartouche at the foot of the design bears the motto 'STARKBIER MACHT EINIGKEIT', framed by a thin double-rule border.

备注

Kahla's 1921 Notgeld series belongs to the so-called "Serienscheine" wave — the phase when German municipalities stopped treating emergency currency as a nuisance and started treating it as a revenue opportunity. Collectors were buying and holding the notes without ever spending them, and towns knew it. Kahla leaned into this deliberately, commissioning a caricature series designed to be desirable as a set, not just functional as change.

J. P. Himmer of Augsburg was a natural choice for this kind of work — the firm had genuine chromolithographic and fine-printing capability, and handled a significant volume of Bavaria's decorative Notgeld output during this period. The hybrid substrate with watermark is slightly atypical for a small Thuringian town issue of this denomination.
