| Obverse description | Dark teal-ground vignette centred on a large, naturalistically rendered oak tree trunk, its bark rendered in fine lithographic line work, with scattered paper scraps falling around it against the background. The denomination "75" with Pfennig symbol appears in large gilt numerals at upper left and upper right. Three ribbon banners at left carry the inscriptions "GUTSCHEIN", "DER STADT KAHLA", and "ÜBER 3/4 MARK"; two ribbon banners at right bear the issue and expiry dates.
