Reverse description The reverse is printed in black and ochre on cream paper within a decorative braided border frame. The entire face is occupied by a finely detailed architectural vignette of Schloss Eldenburg near Lenzen, rendered in an engraved line style: a multi-storey stone manor house is shown alongside a tall crenellated medieval tower (the Guitzkow tower) set amid mature coniferous and deciduous trees, with a path leading to the foreground. A caption in Gothic script below the image identifies the structure.
