| 表面の説明 | Central vignette of a radiant sun surrounded by a crescent moon and scattered stars set against a light underprint of diverging rays, flanked on both sides by bold geometric latticework borders in black and blue. The denomination numeral '75' appears in blue within ruled boxes at upper left and upper right. Above the central vignette, a three-line text panel carries the validity inscription and two manuscript signatures over printed titles; the issuer name is inscribed in large blue letterpress along the lower margin. The printer's imprint 'KONRAD HANF, HAMBURG 8' appears beneath the lower border. |

Kölln-Reisiek is a small municipality in Schleswig-Holstein, and like thousands of German towns during the post-WWI currency crisis, it issued its own emergency paper — Notgeld — to compensate for the acute shortage of small-denomination coins. The 75 Pfennig denomination is itself a marker of how chaotic that period was; nobody issues 75 Pfennig notes under normal monetary conditions.
Konrad Hanf of Hamburg was a regional commercial printer who handled Notgeld commissions for numerous smaller Schleswig-Holstein communities. Not a security printer by trade, which shows in the relatively simple execution typical of his municipal contracts.
