Beschrijving voorzijde The central vignette presents a detailed letterpress view of the Josephskreuz on the Josephshöhe, described in the inscription as the world's largest known cross and an observation tower at 625 metres above sea level, rising above a treeline with a pavilion structure at its base. Denomination panels reading '75 Pfg' occupy the upper left and upper right corners within octagonal frames, flanked by ornamental borders with scroll and foliate motifs in gold and black. A large decorative ribbon cartouche at the bottom carries the issuer legend, with a serial number at lower left and the magistrate's manuscript signature at right.

Notgeld der Stadt Stolberg (Harz)
Beschrijving keerzijde The entire reverse is occupied by a richly coloured topographic vignette rendered in a lithographic style, presenting a panoramic bird's-eye view of Stolberg (Harz) nestled among densely wooded Harz hills under a cloudy sky, with the town's church steeple and red-roofed buildings visible at centre. A decorative scroll cartouche at lower left bears the place name, and a second cartouche at lower right displays the denomination in bold Fraktur script. The composition is printed in a naturalistic palette of greens, ochres, and terracotta, consistent with the artistic Notgeld tradition of the early 1920s.
