| Description de l’avers | Printed in grey-green on paper, the note is divided into three vertical panels. The two outer panels each bear the large gothic numeral '75' above an ornate calligraphic 'Pf' monogram. The central panel carries the issuer's title in gothic script at the top, with a circular vignette at centre showing the Sternberg town seal — a five-pointed star and a bull's head in profile, surrounded by a radiating sunburst and a circular legend. Below the vignette, a three-line payment text in German script is followed by a manuscript signature and a red circular official stamp of the Stadt Sternberg, dated 25 January 1922. |

| Description du revers | The reverse is printed in the same grey-green palette and retains the identical ornamental side panels with the denomination numeral '75' and calligraphic monogram at left and right. The central vignette is a finely drawn topographical scene in a woodcut-inspired style, showing the historic Mühlentor (Mill Gate) of Sternberg — a medieval stone arch gateway flanked by bare, gnarled trees, with a solitary figure carrying buckets passing beneath the arch. The artist's monogram 'JD' appears at lower right of the vignette, and the caption is printed in spaced roman capitals along the lower border. |
