| 备注 |
Lennep, now absorbed into Remscheid since 1975, was a textile town in the Bergisches Land with a long history in wool and cloth manufacturing. This 75 Pfennig Notgeld dates from the height of the German municipal emergency currency wave, when chronic coin shortages — exacerbated by postwar hoarding and raw material scarcity — forced hundreds of small administrations to print their own fractional notes.
J. A. Schwarz of Lindenberg im Allgäu was a prolific Notgeld printer serving municipal clients across Germany, and their output varied considerably in quality. The 791.1 designation in the DeNG 2 catalog suggests at least one variant exists within the Lennep series.
