| Obverse description | Dark-ground notgeld printed in black, red, and gold, with the municipal arms of Neustettin as the central vignette on a gold shield — a black eagle rampant holding a pike fish — set within a decorative cartouche. Denomination numerals '75' appear in red rosettes at left and right, each accompanied by 'Pf', and the issuing authority 'DER MAGISTRAT' with two facsimile signatures occupies the lower right. A three-line redemption clause in German script runs along the lower portion, with the printer's imprint 'Druck von Adolf Forker Leipzig' at the foot. |
