备注	This note was issued jointly by seven rural communities in the Zeven district of Lower Saxony — Appeln, Frelsdorf, Frelsdorfermühlen, Meyerhof, Osterndorf, Wehldorf, and Wollingst — a cooperative arrangement common among small German parishes during the Kleingeldnot, the small-change shortage that gripped Germany in the early 1920s as inflation eroded coin supply faster than the Reichsbank could respond. Pooling issuance across multiple tiny settlements was a practical workaround; none of these communities would have generated sufficient circulation volume alone to justify the administrative cost.
