Obverse description Notgeld note with a cream ground divided into a nine-panel grid layout printed in dark green and brown. The denomination '75 Pf' appears in bold Gothic numerals in the upper-left and upper-right corners, while the central upper panel carries the issuer title in ornate script. Flanking panels carry validity and redemption texts in Fraktur script, and the central vignette presents a letterpress townscape of half-timbered houses lining a tree-shaded street in Rotenburg. The date 'Am 1. Jan. 1921' and a six-digit serial number are set in a cartouche below the vignette, with the names of the two redeeming savings banks printed at the lower corners and the printer's imprint along the bottom margin.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in black and rust-brown on a cream ground, with the denomination '75' rendered in large bold Gothic numerals flanked by ornamental scroll devices in each corner. The central rectangular vignette, signed with the monogram 'RS', presents a dynamic scene of a bricklayer working at a rising wall in the foreground, with a ploughman and draught animals visible in a sunlit landscape beyond. Aphoristic texts in Fraktur script fill the left and right panels: 'Arbeit ist des Bürgers Zierde' and 'Segen ist der Mühe Preis'.
