| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark red and olive green on a cream ground, with two ornamental side panels each enclosing the denomination numeral '75' above the legend 'Penning' within a scrollwork cartouche. The central vignette shows a standing medieval warrior in tunic and leg wrappings, gripping a large flagstaff from which a striped banner flies; two smaller flags with crosses appear in the middle ground against a stylised coastal landscape. To the upper left, the issuer inscription 'Landgemeen GRUNDHOF IN ANGELN' appears within a rectangular panel, while the upper right carries validity and date details above a facsimile signature of the Gemeindevorstand. A serial number box and a patriotic verse are printed along the lower centre. |

The oval is framed by bold scrollwork in the corners, and a two-part Low German verse in two lines above and two lines below the vignette completes the composition. |
