Yellow and black note with the denomination '75 Pfg.' in large numerals flanking a central vignette of a domestic scene in which adults and children gather around a large cooking pot, rendered in a folksy line-art style evoking early twentieth-century rural life. A multi-line German text panel above and below the vignette recounts local customs of pig-slaughtering festivals ('Schwinsköst') in the villages of Wulfsmoor and Hingstheide during the 1850s and 1860s, describing the card game 'fett und mager,' the atmosphere of tobacco smoke and schnapps, and children receiving sweet blood sausages with currants and raisins. The outer border consists of a fine ruled frame with a toothed edge pattern on all four sides.
Fein was?

备注

Stellau is a village in Holstein that, by the 1921 census, held fewer than 200 inhabitants. That a settlement of this size issued its own notgeld is unremarkable in the broader context of Weimar-era emergency currency — thousands of German municipalities did the same during the coin shortage that followed the First World War — but it does make surviving examples genuinely rare simply by virtue of the tiny original print runs typical of such minor parish issues.

The Steinburg district connection places this firmly within Schleswig-Holstein's administrative reorganization following the 1920 plebiscite, which had only recently settled the Danish-German border question to the north.
