Reverse description The reverse is printed in purple, brown, and cream, with a large central vignette rendered in fine line-art style depicting the interior of an old German tavern — the "Altdeutsche Stube im Goldnen Löwen" — with a stout innkeeper seated at a table surrounded by period furnishings. The denomination "75 Pf" appears in purple panels at upper left and upper right, flanked by smaller vignettes of ornate guild tankards: the "Humpen der Tuchmacher 1798" at lower left and the "Humpen der Schuhmacher 1745" at lower right. A Low German quatrain verse is printed across the lower centre panel.

Fürstenberg an der Havel sits in what was then the Mecklenburg-Strelitz region, and this 75-Pfennig Notgeld piece dates from the height of Germany's municipal emergency currency boom — a period when thousands of local authorities printed their own small-denomination notes to compensate for the near-total disappearance of coins from everyday circulation. The Reichsbank's inability to maintain adequate fractional coinage supply through 1920–1921 pushed the decision-making down to the Stadtrat level.

The 75-Pfennig denomination is one of the more awkward subdivisions to encounter, chosen by some issuers specifically to complicate hoarding by collectors, though whether Fürstenberg had that rationale in mind is unconfirmed.
