正面描述	Cream-toned note with olive-green letterpress printing throughout. Stylized foliate vignettes form a decorative border flanking both vertical edges, while the upper field carries a six-line verse in Low German dialect rendered in Gothic script, referencing the local legend of Hofrat Simon Finke and the town of Blankenburg. The lower panel presents the denomination numeral '75' at left and right corners, with the issuing place and date 'Neinstedt, im Sept. 1921', a validity clause, the issuing authority 'Der Gemeindevorst.', and the printer's imprint 'Druckerei Poessl, Bad Suderode' along the bottom margin.
