| Obverse description | The obverse carries a large allegorical vignette in dark letterpress print, in which a semi-draped female figure rises centrally amid industrial machinery, electrical cables, and factory smokestacks, flanked on the left by a seated chemist at a laboratory bench and on the right by an engineer consulting technical drawings. The header bears the inscription GUTSCHEIN DER STADT BITTERFELD in bold block lettering, while the denomination 75 PF appears in large numerals at each lower corner. The lower panel records the issue date, serial number in green ink, expiry clause, and two manuscript signatures above the printer's imprint C. Schröter, Leipzig. |
