Beschrijving voorzijde Central vignette within an arched frame rendered in blue and ochre, presenting a street scene of Köslin's market square with the Gothic collegiate church rising prominently behind the Baroque town hall, a horse-drawn wagon and figures in the foreground lending civic character to the composition. The denomination '75 Pf.' appears in large Gothic numerals at upper left and upper right against the blue background. Below the vignette, the legends 'Notgeld Köslin im Jahre – 1921' are inscribed in decorative script, with the magistrate's facsimile signature at lower right and the printer's imprint 'Kunstverlag Arthur Kolterjahn, Koeslin' at the bottom edge; the artist's signature 'O. Thämer' appears at lower left.

Der Magistrat:
Kunstverlag Arthur Kolterjahn, Koeslin.
Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse is dominated by a large orange semicircular vignette set against a blue border, centred on the elaborate heraldic arms of Köslin — a shield bearing a human head, surmounted by a bishop's mitre crest with scrolling blue mantling. Flanking a central text cartouche are vignettes of ecclesiastical and domestic objects including chalices, a treasure chest, and a candlestick. The cartouche contains a two-stanza German verse in Gothic script lamenting the town's wartime hardships and the depreciation of currency. The denomination '75 Pf.' appears at upper left and upper right, with the validity clause arcing across the upper border and the artist's signature 'O. Thamer' at lower right.
