Obverse description The obverse is printed in blue and black on white paper, with the denomination numeral '75' at upper left and upper right corners against a decorative guilloche underprint. The issuing authority is stated in bold Gothic lettering: 'STÄDTISCHE SPARKASSE NEUMARKT IN SCHLESIEN', followed by the spelled-out value 'FÜNFUNDSIEBZIG' and the abbreviated denomination 'PFG.' Two manuscript signature lines appear beneath the text, attributed to the Verwaltungsrat and the Städt. Sparkasse, with the date 'Neumarkt, den 10. Oktober 1921' and a redemption clause indicating the note was to be presented for encashment no later than 31 December 1922 at the Städtische Sparkasse in Neumarkt.

Reverse description The reverse carries a detailed architectural vignette of the Minoritenkloster (Franciscan Friary) of Neumarkt in Schlesien, rendered in brown and blue tones with fine line engraving. The Gothic church building is shown in three-quarter view, with tall lancet windows, a pitched roof, and surrounding trees. A caption along the lower margin reads 'MINORITENKLOSTER' with an attribution referencing St. Hedwig, and the series designation 'SERIE III' appears at lower left.
