A central rectangular vignette portrays a procession of medieval figures carrying banners, referencing the plague resurrection of Dülmen ('1382 Pest-Auferstehung'), rendered in a Gothic woodcut-style letterpress technique with red overprint caption. The heading 'Platzanweisung der Stadt Dülmen Westf.' is set in Fraktur script across the top, with an issuance notice and magistrate signatures in Fraktur at the foot, dated 1.
