The four corners each carry a circular denomination medallion bearing the numeral '75' against a purple guilloche underprint with stylised foliate ornaments. The date 'Greiz, den 3. Sept. 1921' appears at the lower left, with the issuing authority legend and the Oberbürgermeister's facsimile signature to the right.
