Obverse description Brown offset-printed notgeld note dated Paderborn, den 10. Nov. 1921, with a silhouette vignette of figures gathered around a public fountain — a woman, a man, and a child carrying water buckets — with a horse-drawn cart at left. The denomination '75' appears in a decorative panel at lower left, balanced by an ornate 'Pf.' cartouche at lower right. A four-line verse in Westphalian dialect is inscribed in the lower centre panel, and the magistrate's facsimile signature 'Harsten Peickel' appears at upper right.

Reverse description Brown offset-printed reverse centred on a detailed architectural vignette of a narrow cobblestone alley with timber-framed buildings and overhanging trees, identified as the Rothoborn quarter of Paderborn. The denomination '75 Pf.' is repeated in large numerals within decorative scrollwork panels flanking the central scene on both sides. The place names 'ROTHOBORN' and 'PADERBORN' appear in rectangular cartouches at lower left and lower right respectively, and the designer's signature 'P. Michels.' is inscribed below the lower-left corner.
