Opmerkingen

Glatz was a Silesian garrison town with a long Prussian administrative history, and its postwar notgeld issues reflect the acute small-change shortage that hit German municipalities hard after 1918. The 75 Pfennig denomination is an odd one — not a standard division of the Mark — which suggests it was calibrated to a specific local pricing need rather than issued as part of a tidy denominational set.

L. Schirmer was a local print shop, not a specialist currency printer. That matters: municipal notgeld from small regional printers varies considerably in ink quality and paper consistency across print runs.
