Beschrijving keerzijde	Printed in blue and olive tones, the reverse is divided into two scenic vignettes flanking the central denomination: at left, an industrial sawmill with factory chimneys and timber yards captioned 'Neues Sägewerk,' and at right, a traditional windmill set in a rural landscape captioned 'Altes Sägewerk.' A decorative foliate border of stylized branches frames the entire composition, with a scroll cartouche at the top bearing the inscription 'Memel' and a panel reading 'Notgeld der Handelskammer,' while the large numeral '75' and 'Mark' in Gothic script appear centrally between the two scenes.
