| Obverse description | Panoramic vignette of the town of Wörgl set against an alpine mountain backdrop, rendered in fine line engraving in brown tones on a buff ground. Four heraldic shields occupy the corners — the Tyrolean eagle at upper left, the Wörgl municipal arms at upper right, and two further civic arms at lower left and lower right — flanked by decorative foliate borders. A ribbon banner across the upper portion bears the inscription '13. MAI' and 'ANNO 1809', while the denomination panel at the base, printed in rose-red guilloche, carries the issuer's name in Gothic script; the notation '4. AUFLAGE' appears at lower left. |

| Reverse description | Central vignette of a war memorial monument: a mourning soldier figure seated atop a rusticated stone pedestal adorned with a wreath, a cannonball, and a shield bearing the Tyrolean eagle, with a dedicatory tablet inscribed to the fallen of Wörgl from 13 May 1809. Text in Gothic script is arranged in two columns on either side of the monument, stating the redemption obligation of the Marktgemeinde Wörgl and the validity date of 31 December 1920. The denomination '75 H' appears in large numerals at the lower corners, and three facsimile signatures — the Bürgermeister and two Vizebürgermeister — with their respective titles are printed to the right; the printer's imprint 'WAGNER, INNSBRUCK.' appears at the lower right margin. |
