Beschrijving voorzijde Printed in dark green on light paper, the obverse is divided into three vertical panels framed by a decorative geometric border with stylised Art Nouveau motifs. The central panel bears the municipal coat of arms of Schlägl surmounted by a bishop's mitre, with crossed hammers and a shield at the base, enclosed in a rectangular vignette; the place name SCHLÄGL appears below. Denomination numerals '75' are set within ornamental cartouches in the left and right panels, with the word HELLER inscribed across the top centre. Text panels to either side carry the issuing authority notice and an anti-counterfeiting warning signed by Bürgermeister Leopold Woss.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse, also printed in dark green, is dominated by a central oval vignette containing a detailed panoramic view of Schlägl Abbey and its surroundings, with a wooded hillside in the background and the abbey church steeple rising at centre; a small artist's signature is visible in the lower right of the vignette. The denomination numeral '75' appears in large ornamental cartouches at both upper corners, flanked by the inscription HELLER NOTGELD HELLER along the top. A geometric Art Nouveau border frames the entire composition, with stylised hammer-and-cross motifs in the lower corners and the place name SCHLÄGL inscribed along the bottom edge.
