备注

Lofer is a small market town in the Salzburg district of St. Johann, and like hundreds of similar Austrian municipalities, it issued its own emergency paper currency — Notgeld — during the severe coin shortage that gripped Austria in the closing years of the First World War and its immediate aftermath. The 75 Heller denomination is characteristic of this period's fractional issues, designed to replace small coins that had been hoarded or melted.

Wagner of Innsbruck handled a substantial volume of Tyrolean and Salzburg regional Notgeld, making their output identifiable by consistent typographic conventions across many small issuers. Attribution to a specific print run within the JPR0560b series requires close attention to paper stock and ink color, as variant classifications for Lofer issues rest on minor production differences.
