| Obverse description | Printed in brown and green on plain paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of a mounted rider in period costume atop a dark galloping horse, rendered in a bold Art Nouveau silhouette style against a cross-hatched brown ground. Two green circular roundels at left and right each bear the denomination numeral '75' above the word 'Heller'. The place name 'PENKING / OB.-OES.' is set in large display lettering at the top centre, flanked by the word 'GUTSCHEIN' repeated twice, with stylised topiary trees at the lower corners; the designer's signature 'H. Siebert' appears at lower left. |

| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in dark blue on cream paper and carries an entirely typographic layout within a plain ruled border. A ghosted underprint impression of the obverse vignette is visible through the paper. The text sets out the redemption and anti-counterfeiting conditions in centred bold letterpress, followed by the authorising legend 'Der Bürgermeister:' and the mayor's printed name 'JOSEF EDLMAIER' in heavy capitals; the edition designation 'Auflage II' appears at the lower right. |
