Hacklbrunn is a small locality in Upper Austria, and this 75 Heller Notgeld is among the more obscure municipal emergency issues of the postwar inflationary period — produced when the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian monetary system left small communities unable to obtain adequate coin for everyday transactions.
