Reverse description The reverse is printed entirely in blue on cream paper and centres on a shield-shaped vignette containing a finely rendered landscape view of the village of Vorderstoder, with a church and farm buildings in the foreground, coniferous woodland and rolling hills beyond. Large numeral "70" panels flank the shield at left and right, while an outer border of scrollwork and spiral ornaments frames the entire composition. The year "1920" and the artist's signature "M. Dillinger" appear in small text at the lower edge of the central vignette.
