Amstetten N.-Ö.' The right half contains a three-paragraph text in Fraktur script explaining that the Marktgemeinde Haag issues emergency small-change vouchers up to a total of 100,000 Kronen to alleviate the prevailing coin shortage, redeemable at the municipal office from 1 to 31 December 1920 in legal tender, with a counterfeiting warning closing the text. |
