| Opmerkingen |
RZ ZJPTT — the common services division of Yugoslav PTT — issued canteen and welfare vouchers for internal use among postal and telecommunications employees, operating outside the formal banking system entirely. These are not banknotes in the traditional sense; they circulated within a closed institutional economy, redeemable at PTT-affiliated facilities rather than on the open market.
The 70 Dinara denomination is an oddity. Non-decimal face values of this kind typically reflect very specific pricing structures — a subsidized meal tariff, a fixed transport allowance, or a canteen price point — rather than any general monetary logic.
