Reverse description The reverse displays large Chinese characters in the central field reading 光緒元寶 (Guangxu Yuanbao). The outer legend in Chinese characters reads 江南省造 (Jiangnan Province Made) at the top and 庫平七錢二分 (Kuping 7 Mace 2 Candareens) at the bottom, separated by a beaded inner circle. Small Manchu script characters appear in the central field flanking the main inscription.
