| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at center, depicting a crowned heraldic shield encircled by an ornate beaded border with the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE above and the mottoes ATUA and NIUE TUKULAGI below, flanked by two crossed traditional spears.
