Obverse description Conjoined busts of King Rama V (Chulalongkorn) and King Rama IX (Bhumibol Adulyadej) facing forward, both in military dress uniform with ornate decorations; Rama V depicted on the left with a mustache, and Rama IX on the right wearing spectacles. Royal Thai decorative emblems are positioned to either side of the conjoined portraits in the field. The design is presented in high relief against a smooth, unadorned field within a raised rim.

Reverse description A stylized balance scale — the emblem of the Office of the Auditor General of Thailand — depicted centrally in high relief, mounted on an ornate pedestal with decorative Thai floral motifs at its base. A circular raised border separates the central device from the surrounding legend. Thai inscriptions arc along the upper and lower periphery recording the 120th anniversary, the name of the Audit Council, the Buddhist Era date 2538, denomination 600 บาท, and the country name ประเทศไทย.
