| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed in pink and green on white paper with a sawtooth border frame enclosing the entire design. A central vignette displays a yellow crescent and star, the emblem of Bukhara, flanked symmetrically by the Arabic numeral date ١٣٢١ (1321 AH) on both sides. The denomination 60 appears in numeral cartouches at the lower corners, with Arabic-script legends in rectangular panels across the upper and lower registers, and small teal-coloured denomination boxes to the left and right of centre. |

The denomination 65 appears in numeral cartouches at upper centre and flanking positions, while Cyrillic text reading ШЕСТЬ ДЕСЯТЬ ТЕНЬ ГОВЪ is printed in two vertical blocks to the left and right of the central emblem. Arabic-script panels occupy the upper and lower registers, and teal cartouches carry the Arabic word for the denomination at the outer left and right edges. |
