| Obverse description | Plain cream-toned notgeld note with a decorative scrollwork border enclosing the entire face. The denomination '60 Pf.' appears at upper left and 'Pf. 60' at upper right flanking the large blackletter heading 'Notgeld der Gemeinde', above the bold issuer name 'NEUGRABEN-HAUSBRUCH'. A validity clause in Gothic script restricts circulation to the localities of Neugraben, Hausbruch, Alt- and Neuwiedenthal until 31 March 1922, with the issue date of 15 August 1921 below. At the lower centre an embossed circular official seal of the Gemeindevorsteher zu Neugraben, Landkreis Harburg, is flanked by a serial number at left and a manuscript signature at right; Low German proverb text runs vertically along both lateral margins. |

| Reverse description | Colourful humorous vignette in letterpress, framed within a green-ruled rectangular border set against a tan guilloche underprint. The central illustration depicts a winter sledging scene at the Opferberg hill, rendered in a comic cartoon style and initialled 'HK' at lower right: in the foreground a sledger has tumbled and lies sprawled in the snow, sled overturned beside him, while a second pair of riders descends the slope at upper right and an onlooker in hunting attire stands at centre left amid a backdrop of snow-laden fir trees. The denomination numeral '60' appears in each corner, with the caption 'Rodelsport am Opferberg' across the top and 'in der Neugrabener Schweiz.' along the bottom; humorous dialectal texts run vertically along both side margins. |
| Reverse lettering | 60 Rodelsport am Opferberg in der Neugrabener Schweiz. Hanne, kümmst du jetzt erst? Ist bin all lang hier! |
