备注	Waidhofen an der Ybbs was one of hundreds of Austrian municipalities forced to print their own fractional emergency money after the First World War left the country's small-change supply in ruins. These Notgeld issues filled a genuine gap — coins had disappeared from circulation, hoarded or melted, and the central authorities were in no position to restock them quickly. The printer here was strictly local, operating out of the town itself, which is exactly what you'd expect from a rural Lower Austrian commune of this period. The Jaksc/Pick PR1126a designation groups the Waidhofen issues together; the "a" suffix indicates the first printing variant within the series.
