A large blue circular municipality stamp of Rabenstein is applied at upper centre, with an overprint inscription '3. Ausgabe!' (3rd issue) within the stamp. The printer's imprint 'HOMMER, ST. PÖLTEN' appears in small type at the foot of the note. |
